Now that you've joined Drift sit back and we'll take it from here.
Here's the timeline you can expect:
- Days 1: We're processing your information and requesting your past usage from your old utility in order to forecast your power needs.
- Days 2-5: We'll notify you of your official Drift start date. That's the date the local utility says they're going to come read your meter.
- The Wednesday after your start date: You'll receive your first Drift statement! After this date, you no longer pay anything directly to your local utility. We make sure the local utility gets paid for managing the poles and wires through your Drift account each week.
